At FLOWER PROJECT, we embrace flowers as an artistic medium — one that changes with seasons, environments, and time. Every arrangement is created using carefully selected materials while respecting the natural character of each flower.

Natural Variation

Because flowers are natural products, no two creations are ever identical.

Variations may occur in:

  • Colour tone and intensity

  • Flower size and shape

  • Bloom stage

  • Texture and structure

  • Fragrance

  • Seasonal availability

These characteristics are not considered defects. They are expressions of nature and part of the individuality of each piece.

Flower Selection & Substitution

Flower availability changes according to season, climate, and cultivation conditions.

In circumstances where a specific flower is unavailable or does not meet our quality standards, FLOWER PROJECT may recommend a substitution.

Substitutions will always respect the original design intention, maintaining the overall colour harmony, aesthetic direction, and quality of the arrangement.

Customers may express their preference between:

Colour Priority
Maintaining the intended colour palette through alternative floral materials.

Flower Variety Priority
Maintaining a specific flower type where possible through available variations.

Our designers carefully curate each substitution as part of the creative process.

Flower Care & Natural Lifespan

Fresh flowers have their own natural lifespan, influenced by their variety, environment, season, and care.

The condition and longevity of flowers after delivery depend on how they are handled and maintained after receipt.

7-Day Freshness Guarantee

Flowers are living artworks, continuously changing through time. The 7-Day Freshness Challenge reflects FLOWER PROJECT’s confidence in the quality of our roses, our selection process, and the care behind every Classic Collection bouquet.

The challenge applies exclusively to our Classic Collection and invites collectors to experience the natural evolution of their roses through mindful care and observation.

Collectors who complete the challenge requirements and follow our Flower Care Guide throughout the journey may receive a complimentary replacement bouquet and complimentary delivery should their roses fail to remain fresh for seven days.
