These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FLOWER PROJECT website, online store, gallery platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, the terms "FLOWER PROJECT", "we", "us", and "our" refer to FLOWER PROJECT.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, commissioning our creative services, visiting our gallery, participating in our workshops, or engaging with our exhibitions and collaborations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Delivery & Order Changes Policy, Fresh Flower Policy, Flower Care Guide, and, where applicable, our Creative Projects & Event Services Agreement.

Please read these Terms carefully. They define the relationship between FLOWER PROJECT and our collectors, clients, and visitors, including important information regarding product variations, creative services, intellectual property, and limitations of liability.

1. About FLOWER PROJECT

FLOWER PROJECT is a contemporary floral art gallery and design studio based in Hong Kong.

We explore flowers as a medium of artistic expression, creating living artworks, floral objects, exhibitions, collaborations, and commissioned experiences.

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Fresh floral creations
  • Preserved and dried floral works
  • Floral objects and limited collections
  • Wedding floral design
  • Corporate and brand projects
  • Editorial and artistic collaborations
  • Workshops and creative experiences
  • Gallery exhibitions and artist collaborations

Each creation is developed through a combination of artistic direction, craftsmanship, seasonal materials, and the natural characteristics of flowers.

2. Natural Materials & Artistic Interpretation

Flowers are living materials gifted by nature.

Every floral creation by FLOWER PROJECT is unique. Due to seasonal availability and the natural characteristics of flowers and plants, variations may occur in:

  • Colour tones
  • Size and shape
  • Texture
  • Fragrance
  • Blooming stage
  • Material availability

Images displayed online represent the artistic intention and overall character of the creation. The final piece may vary naturally from the images shown.

These variations are not defects but part of the authenticity and individuality of working with natural materials.

By purchasing from FLOWER PROJECT, you acknowledge and appreciate the evolving nature of floral artworks.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Floral Products

Our fresh flower creations are made using seasonal flowers selected by our designers.

Where specific flowers, colours, or materials are requested, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences. However, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, quality considerations, or sourcing conditions.

Any replacement material will maintain the intended colour harmony, style, and artistic direction of the original creation.

3.2 Floral Artworks & Limited Collections

Certain products offered by FLOWER PROJECT may be considered floral artworks, limited creations, or artist collaborations.

These works may include:

  • Unique compositions
  • Limited editions
  • Artist collaborations
  • Exhibition pieces

Due to their artistic nature, these works may not be reproduced exactly.

Ownership of a purchased artwork does not include reproduction rights, commercial use rights, or rights to recreate the design.

3.3 Creative Services & Projects

Certain services provided by FLOWER PROJECT, including but not limited to:

  • Weddings
  • Brand collaborations
  • Corporate installations
  • Event styling
  • Editorial projects

are creative services rather than standard products.

These projects may require consultation, creative development, design approval, production planning, and onsite execution.

Creative services are additionally governed by the Creative Projects & Event Services Agreement, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Where an individual quotation or project proposal contains specific terms, those terms shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

4. Orders & Purchases

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product or service.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and FLOWER PROJECT has issued an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including situations involving:

  • Incorrect pricing information
  • Product availability issues
  • Inability to fulfil delivery requirements
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before completing payment.

Changes, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to our Delivery & Order Changes Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

Additional charges, including delivery fees or service-related fees, will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection arrangements are subject to our Delivery & Order Changes Policy.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and time-sensitive floral creations, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and selecting appropriate delivery arrangements.

For gallery artworks, preserved works, and special collections, additional delivery requirements may apply.

7. Workshops & Experiences

Workshop bookings and creative experiences offered by FLOWER PROJECT are subject to availability.

By registering for a workshop, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate participant information
  • Follow workshop guidelines
  • Respect the creative environment and other participants

Workshop cancellation, transfer, and rescheduling conditions will be stated in the relevant workshop information or booking terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content belonging to FLOWER PROJECT, including but not limited to:

  • Brand identity
  • Logos
  • Photography
  • Artwork images
  • Exhibition content
  • Floral designs
  • Written materials
  • Creative concepts

are protected by intellectual property rights.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from FLOWER PROJECT.

Purchasing a floral artwork or product does not transfer intellectual property rights associated with the design or creative concept.

9. Photography & Creative Documentation

FLOWER PROJECT may photograph or document exhibitions, workshops, floral creations, and creative projects for portfolio, editorial, educational, and promotional purposes.

For private projects, events, weddings, and commissioned works, photography usage will be discussed separately where required.

Customers are welcome to share their experiences with FLOWER PROJECT. By tagging or mentioning FLOWER PROJECT publicly, you grant permission for us to repost such content with appropriate credit.

10. Customer Content & Feedback

We value the perspectives of our collectors and clients.

By submitting reviews, images, comments, or other content to FLOWER PROJECT, you grant us permission to use such content for brand communication, marketing, and archival purposes.

You confirm that submitted content:

  • Belongs to you or you have permission to share it
  • Does not violate the rights of others
  • Does not contain unlawful or harmful material

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links or integrations provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery partners, and digital platforms.

FLOWER PROJECT is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

All products and services provided by FLOWER PROJECT are created with careful attention and professional craftsmanship.

However, due to the natural and artistic nature of flowers:

  • Exact replication cannot be guaranteed
  • Natural ageing and transformation will occur
  • Product appearance may vary from images shown online

Customers acknowledge that flowers are living materials and their condition may change depending on environment, handling, and care.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FLOWER PROJECT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our liability relating to products or services purchased from us shall be limited to the value of the relevant purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Additional terms relating to creative services, installations, venue access, artistic interpretation, and event execution are set out in the Creative Projects & Event Services Agreement.

FLOWER PROJECT reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised date.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
