Returns & Refund Policy

At FLOWER PROJECT, every creation is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted using natural materials. Flowers, plants, and botanical works are living forms, each carrying their own unique characteristics, seasons, and life cycles.

The individuality of nature is an essential part of our practice. Variations in colour, form, texture, fragrance, size, and availability are inherent qualities of working with flowers and are not considered imperfections.

By placing an order with FLOWER PROJECT, you acknowledge and accept the natural characteristics of our materials and the terms outlined below.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our work, all confirmed purchases are considered final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every creation is carefully inspected before leaving our studio.

In the rare circumstance that an order arrives damaged during delivery, or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, together with supporting photographs and order details.

Following review, FLOWER PROJECT may provide a complimentary replacement or FLOWER PROJECT Credit.

Acceptance Upon Delivery

For selected works, including gallery pieces, limited editions, and high-value floral creations, customers may be required to acknowledge receipt upon delivery.

Once an order has been accepted, collected, or signed for, it is considered completed.

FLOWER PROJECT cannot be responsible for changes caused by handling, environmental conditions, delayed unpacking, or care after receipt.

The Nature of Handmade Works

Every FLOWER PROJECT creation is made individually. Product images represent the artistic direction, colour palette, and design intention of each piece; however, the final work may naturally differ due to seasonal materials and the character of each flower.

These variations are part of the experience of owning a living artwork.

By purchasing from FLOWER PROJECT, you acknowledge the unique nature of natural materials and the handcrafted process behind every creation.
