Delivery & Order Changes

FLOWER PROJEC carefully prepares every order from material selection to final delivery.

As our creations involve seasonal materials, handcrafted processes, and dedicated studio time, changes after confirmation may affect production, availability, and scheduling.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges:

  • Tsim Sha Tsui & Austin: Free delivery for orders above HK$1,000

  • Kowloon: HK$100

  • Hong Kong Island: HK$150

  • New Territories: HK$200

  • Outlying Islands / Remote Areas: HK$350

Delivery Time Slots

Available delivery windows:

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

In-store pickup:

12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances related to customer-related reasons, customers may:

  • Collect the order from our gallery free of charge; or

  • Arrange a new delivery within 24 hours with an additional delivery fee.

If a delivery is postponed beyond 48 hours, FLOWER PROJECT may need to recreate the arrangement to maintain quality. In such cases, additional charges of 70% of the original product value may apply, together with delivery charges.

Order Changes & Rescheduling

All confirmed payments are non-refundable.

Where possible, FLOWER PROJECT may accommodate rescheduling requests through Flower Project Credit, subject to availability, production requirements, and operational capacity.

Flower Project Credit represents the original payment value and may be used towards future purchases.

Credit validity:

  • HK$10,000 or below: 180 days
  • Above HK$10,000: 1 year

Flower Project Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products

Products refer to completed works supplied directly to the customer without additional on-site services.

Requests made 3 days or more before delivery may be rescheduled.

Approved requests will be converted into Flower Project Credit of the same value rather than preserving the original product, as fresh materials and seasonal availability may change.

Services & Event Projects

Services & Event Projects include any commission requiring FLOWER PROJECT’s creative services, including design consultation, styling, production, installation, project management, or on-site execution.

Due to the advance planning, sourcing, scheduling, and resources required, the following terms apply:

More than 6 weeks before the event date

Rescheduling may be considered.

2–6 weeks before the event date

A rescheduling fee of 50% of the total project value applies.

Less than 2 week before the event date

Payments are non-refundable. A postponement request of up to two days may be considered, subject to FLOWER PROJECT’s availability and operational requirements. A 20% additional fee may apply.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

FLOWER PROJECT shall not be responsible for delays, substitutions, or adjustments caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, typhoons, transport disruptions, import delays, government restrictions, material shortages, or other unforeseen events.

We will always seek the most appropriate solution while preserving the quality and integrity of each creation.
